What a Phenomenal experience from start to finish! They had the vehicle I was looking for so I called and spoke to Lee (who was amazing) I made the 1.5 hour trip. I have been coming to Cochran for years. I have always been completely satisfied with how they take care of me and my car. I would like to give my service advisor (Clay) a special shoutout. Brought my car in as it was leaking a lot of oil. They found the problem but had to send for parts and could take a few days. It was actually fixed the next day! Gage is the individual who took care of me and also the last time I was there. He couldn’t have been more professional, but more importantly, personable. A pleasure to work with!!!!

Cochran’s Infiniti c/o Jerry W and the Technician did a super job on my 2013 EX37 AWD Journey. Repairs made to rear subframe and valve cover gaskets. A lot of the unusual noises from the back end cease to exist. And the engine - I routinely allow it to warm up for 5-7 minutes before I go to work - no longer sounds like a bad warped tour band. And the luxurious QX60 loaner vehicle was incredibly convenient for my work commute 🤙🏽

My service tech was awesome. Corporate, however, not so much bc my car’s engine needs replaced, but corporate denied.the recall replacement despite all the metal in my engine. I have a warranty and they are going to approve my engine replacement bc I’m not letting it go. Who lets their loyal customers drive around with a ticking time bomb??

Went in for check engine light tried telling me $24,000 dollars worth of problems and all of a sudden when I leave it breaks Shan and all those issue he mentioned all of sudden happened and massive oil leak.
Logan was awesome! He really listened to what I was looking for in a new vehicle and tried to get me everything I wanted. I appreciate his time and recommendation on a few vehicles to check out. There was no drama. They found a problem that I wasn't aware of plus the initial check engine light. They handed me the keys to a brand new car to drive until my warranty work was completed. I was treated like a long time customer who had bought cars there for years. I bought this car at a different Cochran location and still was treated fairly.

He also explained the extra coverage options nicely. The manager was also very nice. Check a couple times to make sure everything was going the way it needed to and offered for us to reach out to him after the sale if there was any problems. Service is professional, quick, and car runs great. Always call me with information on jobs needed and discuss necessity, timing, and cost. They pick my car up at Children’s Hospital and return it the same day, and last time even a threw in free cleaning inside and out (after my son had my car for the summer)!

All services seemed to have been done in a single day. May have had to wait for parts but our vehicle was there for 2 weeks. They did provide us with a vehicle. Once a service advisor was appointed, we received regular communication and were contacted to make sure we were completely satisfied. One additional issue was noted and the service advisor will have the part ordered for installation on our first regular service visit.

GM Parts Department service was excellent! I was knees deep in a DIY repair on my 2014 Impala at home and needed a scarce to find OEM part. John in the parts department searched the Pittsburgh area, found my part in the South Hills and had it shipped for next day pickup at Cochran near my home. Efficiency with a smile!
