Tim Grubbs was a great salesman! He is very polite and not pushy like most salespeople. I highly recommend working with him. A smith & Larry also helped out a lot. I was told I had to have 2 light fixtures replaced because the bulbs were burned out and couldn’t be replaced… I was quoted $233.74 for my 3rd brake light, ( I removed the bulb the dealer said wasn’t able to be replaced and I got a GM replacement for $1.59 and changed it myself in a parking lot in 3 minutes with no knowledge or experience)! My fog light bulb was quoted at $421.57! (I got a GM replacement bulb for $18.45 and I changed it myself in 4 minutes with no experience)! I was lied to, to my face at the dealership stating that ...
Quick service at a reasonable price for a dealership. Good communication from the mechanic. Only step missing is they should wash the car after the appointment. Many other dealerships perform this service which is nice.
